• Provide 1 Letter of Recommendation – School Official or Community Leader
• A one-page essay. The essay may be persuasive or expository in a standard, cohesive traditional (3-5) paragraph structure that is concise, grammatically correct, and on-topic. We respectfully request responses to be typed in a standard 12 point font and double-spaced.
